Las Vegas Master Singers is an auditioned ensemble of approximately 80-100 volunteer singers. Chorus members re-audition every 2 years as a way to check-in vocally with the conductor.
Auditions are 10-15 minutes in length and consist of three parts:
Prepare and sing your preferred voice part from Alonso Lobo's Ave Maria a8. Please learn your part from Choir 1 only.
Sing the melody to My God How Wonderful Thou Art
Sight-read a short melodic excerpt and sing a series of vocal exercises
Auditions take place at the Beam Music Center, Room 159, on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, 4505 S. Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89154.
Summer Auditions for the 2025-2026 Season will occur on the following dates:
Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 9 AM to 5 PM
Saturday, August 16, 2025 from 9 AM to 5 PM
Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 4 PM to 9 PM
